Third Party Integration

To sync the Services with Third-Party Accounts, we must access your online account with the service providers (such as Facebook or Sonos and others) who service those accounts. We will request your user name, password, and any other login data that you have associated with the Third-Party Account to enable access. We use this information to update and maintain the account information you download, to assist with the download process, and to enhance the Services we may provide in the future.

However these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising Initiative (“NAI”) on the NAI’s website.

Your California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, California law may provide you with additional rights regarding our use of your personal information. California Civil Code Section § 1798.83 may permits users of our Services that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
